How long are our tables booked for?
Tables are booked for two hours. Extra time can be requested prior to the booking.
This will change with the relocation of Emerge.
What is the largest table I can book?
The largest table booked online are for eight people.
For larger groups or special nights, please contact us directly.

Is your meat halal?
Yes, our beef suppliers are currently all halal.
Please confirm with us in case of any changes.
Where is your outdoor seating?
Our outdoor area is located at the front on Ryrie Street.
It is undercover but not enclosed. Please consider this when making a reservation.
Do you accept Best Restaurant Gift Cards?
Yes, we do.
Do you surcharge?
We apply a 15% surcharge on public holidays and a 10% surcharge on Sundays.
Credit card transactions incur a 1.2% surcharge.
American Express incurs a 1.6% surcharge.
Surcharges are according to consumer law. Emerge does not profit from surcharges.
Do you have a Children's menu?
We apologize, but we currently do not offer a children's menu.
EMERGE CAKE POLICY
Can we bring a cake to Emerge?
At Emerge, we are Certified Gluten Free by Coeliac Australia. Every ingredient, dish, and item meet the highest gluten-free standards for safe dining, particularly for those with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivities.
To maintain this certification, please do not bring outside food, including cakes, into the restaurant. We have had to turn away external food due to these regulations and appreciate your understanding.

Yes, we can organise a cake for you with 24 hours’ notice.

Cakes are 6" and serve 8-10 people at $55, supplied by "Gluten Free 4 U".

We provide candles and will cut and serve your cake with cream for a $3 per person.

Leftover cake can be taken home.
