At the beginning of 2024, Emerge achieved a menu that was 95% gluten-free. Later that year, the discovery of an exceptional gluten and dairy-free pastry, led to decide to the final pursuit of gluten-free accreditation with Coeliac Australia. Emerge received accreditation in December 2024.
